I have been seeing Ayra more consistently based on her availability and I have begun to request her specifically because she really knows how to work out my (many, many) knots and aches! I am very active with rock climbing and strength workouts, and I work a desk job, so I have a lot of back pain and require very deep tissue massages. Ayra is always able to match the pressure I request and I walk out like a new person.

Ayra asks questions every time I come in to make sure we make the best use of our time, and will make adjustments throughout where needed as long as I communicate with her. Their prices are great, and I never have a hard time getting in. The worst part about the whole thing is that I only get one massage per month - wish I could come in all the time!!! Don't hesitate to stop in for some self care! I can't wait to try some of the other services they offer.

OUTSTANDING deep tissue massage. After finding Ayra, I refuse to go see someone else. She knows how to genuinely give you a massage that's worth your money!
